What You will Need To Make The Herbal Muscle Rub:
A two oz amber or other dark colored bottle to store it in. It is important to keep it out of light.
Prickly Ash Tincture
St. John’s Wort Tincture
Essential Oils You Will Need:
Lavender essential oil
Rosemary essential oil
Peppermint essential oil
You can use Almond oil or other carrier oil of your choice. You can also combine carrier oils to make your own special blend.
Combine 2 tablespoons of each tincture into the jar. Add 10 drops of the Lavender essential oil, 10 drops of the Rosemary essential oil, and 4 drops of the peppermint essential oil. Add 2 tablespoons of the almond oil.
You must shake this mixture well in order to use it. It will separate as oil and water do.
Rub onto sore muscles 3-4 times a day while symptoms persist.
Discontinue if rash occurs. Do Not ingest the mixture.
